Securing Headquarters
A prominent insurance company headquartered in Southern California was concerned over a disgruntled executive-level employee. The company’s Human Resources department had recently received complaints regarding the executive and a preliminary internal investigation into suspected maleficence indicated fraudulent activity. During review of the matter, the board of directors received an explicit threat from the employee who had not shown up for work that day.
Within one hour of request, members of MegaGroup’s Field Operative Team initiated surveillance on the employee’s residence and the Research Team began collecting intelligence on possible alternate whereabouts. Meanwhile, licensed, experienced members from MegaGroup’s Security Team were dispatched to company headquarters and were already in place when the employee arrived. The Security Team continued to monitor the situation as the employee was terminated and escorted from the premises. At the request of the company, security remained on site for the duration of the work week. The case was closed without incident.
